Reset button doesn't quite work when toggling controller pak screen

This only happens IF you change it while in the game, and you press the reset button.
It works as intended if you quit and restart the game.
This video shows the problem. And no. If you don't press anything, the music will stay mute.
Didn't test if it'd go to the demos.
