CPUs can get stuck

This is pretty straight forward.
Some CPUs can get stuck on specific stages, like DK's Jungle Parkway as shown with Luigi on this next video, but I've seen it happen on Royal Raceway too.

It's the side effect of disable rubberbanding, I have also see that on other track where a ia miss a turn or take a bad line and get stuck, with rubberbanding it just also disable collision when the player are not here so allow to go through wall
