Program Crashing Immediately

For a few months, the replay uploader program has just immediately crashed as soon as I open it. I am running Windows 11 and I haven't really changed anything major recently.

I have tried uninstalling it (as well as deleting the folders from Appdata) and reinstalling it and I am getting the same result. I've also tried running it in compatibility mode.

Any ideas as to what I can try to fix this?

Well I added some additional logging which is now on the master branch but I am running into an odd issue with deploying it....so I am working through that

This has enhanced logging that should catch what is causing your tool to crash. Pull that down and try running it and let me know what the log says

Just tried running that and this is what I got after trying to run it twice:

Ok, this seems trickier to fix than I expected. I added some more logging. I am going to provide a zip file, unzip it and run Heroesprofile.Uploader.exe. It allows us to bypass the deployment process so we can test this easier

Looks like it is getting further into the program than I assumed. It also says it makes it all the way through the code with the "Are we here?" so I wonder if something with the upload loop is causing an issue. I am attaching a new zip with additional logging for that
