We need a configurable minimum wake-volume threshold. Wakes below that threshold should be discarded on-device, before opening a connection to WIS.
Real-life example: I pronounced the configured wake word in my office. The Willow there was unplugged due to a lot of testing in preparation of the 0.5 release, so in this case WoW couldn't help me. The Willow in the kitchen woke up:

Even when speaking quietly, the wake_volume value usually is > -35. Allowing users to configure a minimum wake threshold could reduce a bunch of false wakes.
