run_kde memory issue

Hi, I am running ssam on MERFISH data and I got stuck on the run_kde step. It keeps returns memory error.

MemoryError: Unable to allocate 1.44 TiB for an array with shape (28153, 35952, 1, 196) and data type float64

I noticed someone has reported this issue earlier. #2
Have you fixed the problem yet? I click the dask branch link but it doesn't seem to work.
