chore: trigger v3.0.1 release

Master sits at 3.0.0 after release-please merged #12, but no further
`fix:` or `feat:` commits have landed since (only `ci:` and `chore:`),
so release-please will not auto-open a release PR. Force a patch bump
to 3.0.1 so `LICENSE` (#16) and the daily compat schedule (#15) ship.

Release-As: 3.0.1
