Review and implement any necessary updates for ensuring that Hotcakes Commerce continues to work as expected in DNN 10 and newer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Detail a set of subtasks that need to be worked on for full support of DNN 10.

• Add new viewset named Bootstrap 5, and build it by cloning the Bootstrap 4 viewset and making the necessary edits.
• Minimal updates to the _default viewset to ensure it works in DNN 10+. This will require some BS5 updates.
• Update all removed DNN API endpoints to their replacement endpoint(s).
• Determine and implement a planned path for pre-DNN 10 and post-DNN 10 (potentially).
