Recurring Tasks

  • Reviewing weekly reports to stay aligned with project expectations
  • Monitoring Slack for updates, requirements, and grading signals
  • Updating the operations tracker to reflect progress and completed work

Assessment of Project Manager Role

I assess my role based on maintaining awareness of project requirements, and ensuring consistent completion of tasks.My role has primarily focused on tracking expectations, staying responsive to updates, and making sure all required components are completed.

Challenges & Successes

Successes:

  • Staying consistently up to date with course expectations
  • Maintaining organization through the operations tracker

Challenges:

  • Reliance on indirect signals (Slack, tracker updates) to determine priorities

Collaboration with Stakeholders

Collaboration has mainly involved monitoring communication from instructors and peers through Slack and course materials.This has allowed me to stay aligned with expectations and adjust work accordingly.

Feedback Received

  • General positive feedback for the most part, except for push back about transferring github repo to HAGG

Plans to Enhance Project Manager Role

  • Continue monitoring communication channels closely
  • Maintain consistency in tracking and documentation
