Bump js-yaml and snyk in /tests

Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [snyk](https://github.com/snyk/snyk). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `js-yaml`

Updates `snyk` from 1.321.0 to 1.1305.2
