Your questions

We are unable to select a cleaning mode other than vacuum in the web user interface. Mopping worked fine out of the box prior to installing Valetudo, and everything else appears to be working in Valetudo so far. (Can change water, fan speed, wash the mop heads, etc but can't actually make the mopping happen.)

We also tried reinstalling Valetudo. No change. We would be grateful for help or suggestions.

Try the same thing as what it says here regarding "when it fails to dock"
