Mobile View Issue: When the page is changed it should take the user to the top of the page again

Description:
When the user moves onto the next page of developer and projects list the webpage doesnt take user to the top of the page again instead the page is changes and the user remains till where he scrolled. Add logic such that when the user moves to a new page he starts from the top of the page
