Add state management in the historical page.

When a search is done on historical database for alerts in a specific country and one of the alerts is opened and viewed, you are unable to go backwards and check another alert in the list. Instead you are taken to the main page and have to enter the country again and start from scratch.

My approach / plan:

• Preserve the user’s search state (selected country + fetched alerts list) so navigation doesn’t reset the view.
• Implement a lightweight state management solution using React Context (or the existing store if the project already uses one).
• Store the search criteria + results in shared state when the user performs the search.
• When navigating to an alert detail page and back, restore the previous list instead of triggering a redirect to the main page.
• Ensure URL consistency and no breaking of existing navigation flow.
• Add a small fallback to handle refresh scenarios gracefully.
