Shouldn't we specify explicitly changes to orders and/or dispense?

We are currently only dealing with submission and retrieval in the transactions. Should we have transaction(s) for updates?

Otherwise we should rename PHARM-6 (submission) to be submission or update, and be a bit more explicit about this.

Having a look at the capability statement for the actors it seems the [previously named] PHARM-5 transaction was foreseen to cover this as well. In this case we should be more explicit about this in the transaction's description.

Proposed resolution: add section to the IG on how to deal with changes/updates to orders. This should at least include changes directly performed by the author or other collaborators as well as requests to perform changes.
