What is wrong

The terms are used inconsistently, especially "a prescription as part of a group of prescriptions" seems misleading.

• PHARM-9: removed references to order/requests, but it remains the reference to prescription as a query parameter. Given the fact that we called the logical model and resource profile medication order, and this is the resource that is linked to the dispense, we should change the parameter as well to be order? We should probably clarify what prescription id means in this context (order or group, id or identifier...).
