What is wrong

The text says "The Submit Medication Order is a MedicationRequest resource."
However, when an multi-item prescription is created, it is more than MedicationRequest resources. Additional clarification might be needed how multi-item prescription should be handled as a transaction.

Why do we explicitly support groups/orchestration in PHARM-7 but we don't in PHARM-5. Should this be a profile option? I want to get this clarified before addressing this issue.

2026-04-03 meeting: it was foreseen to add a different transaction for multi-item prescriptions. It was agreed that further discussion is needed on whether we have a separate transaction or we just add more content/options to the current submission transaction.
