Reviewing the master branch on Github Pages

Previously, we were able to see the contents of the master branch at https://ihe.github.io/publications/

However, it currently shows a 404 error.

Can this be fixed?

Is there a way to only publlsih the TF materials on Gihub pages? Those are not that big, I think.
