BUG: Request #4716 Tried to modify end time and start time changed. Requestor received canceled reservation from calendar.

Requestor asked to change end time of reservation from 9pm to 4:30pm. I tried to modify the end time and when I clicked next the time showed as 4:30 am - 4:30pm. The original start time was 9:00am. I tried to modify it again but the tool wouldn't let me. The requestor then received a cancelled reservation email.
