Add Hermes app (#946)

## Summary
- add a new `Apps/Hermes` CasaOS app entry with icon, screenshots, and
thumbnail
- pin the Docker image to the official Hermes release tag
`nousresearch/hermes-agent:v2026.5.29`
- set dashboard host and insecure access flags so the Hermes WebUI
remains reachable from CasaOS after the v0.15.1 dashboard auth changes

## Validation
- YAML syntax checked locally
- branch contains only the `Apps/Hermes` addition
