Implement `\Icinga\Module\Notifications\Hook\V2\SourceHook::createObjectLink(…)`

This used to be provided by Icinga Notifications Web natively as part of \Icinga\Module\Notifications\ProvidedHook\Notifications\ObjectsRenderer, but this will be gone and we need an alternative that is expected to be implemented in the already existing integration.
