Support working without Nerd Font

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I do not particularly like the Nerd Font patches and do not need them for my purposes. I really like Tide, but that part is a hindrance.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add configuration to include or hide those elements that depend on Nerd Font patches.

I'd start with the following (after tide is configured):

set -U tide_character_icon '>' 
set -U tide_pwd_icon_unwritable '!'
set -U tide_left_prompt_suffix '>>>'
set -U tide_left_prompt_separator_same_color '>'
set -U tide_right_prompt_separator_same_color '<'
set -U tide_right_prompt_prefix '<'

Thanks! I independently landed on just straight-up removing a lot of those (I actually only want a very minimal subset of what tide provides, because I’m a terminal minimalist), but I’ll also look at giving the ascii-friendly branch a shot!
