Describe the bug

When trying to watch videos, it gives me a 'content not available' error for content that I know is available. This seems to happen on every video

1. Tap on any video
2. Should get error message

Additional context

I tried clearing the cache and restarting the app.
After the update it was working fine. I also tried going to youtube's website to see if I was just being blocked, I was able to watch videos

I got this when using VPN. Hopefully I can be more private and fix content unavailable. And it happens when signed out.

Logging out seemed to fix the issue.
Do you know how I can get tv_downgraded back or is this a problem that would need to be solved through a patch?
