Update Google Calendar parameters from the current web client

Recovered the deep link parser from the calendar-web JavaScript bundle and
replayed every parameter against the live event editor.

New: stz, etz, targ, dates=now, optional guests via the _o suffix, icc,
the structured location_* family, HTML in details, pprop, elid, eid, erem,
csid/ctid, scfdata, gdoc-attachment, cls, ab, egep and the task parameters.

Corrected: trp is no longer read by the client and is ignored, sprop now
only carries the three goo.* guest permission keys, and crm also accepts
UNKNOWN.

Every parameter is marked either verified in the UI or recovered from code.
