Description

After "Prepare a new Release" block, when clicking on the "start chain.." button the 5th block is displayed but there is no auto-scroll to it.

The UI is displayed like this:

Please note that all elements are in a blocked/read-only state, which is confusing as well.
Sometimes I have the feeling to have the request loading or something (because no action happens after success in block 4).
