altText and hoverText Icon attributes missing from VAST 4.2 XSD

The altText and hoverText attributes for an element (which were added in some version of VAST 4.2) are not declared in the vast 4.2 XSD document (inside the "Icon_type" definition)

Note that I'm not referring to the node beneath which IS included, I'm only referring to the attribute(s) of the node.

Confirming, and it is unchanged two schema revisions later.

• vast_4.2.xsd: neither altText nor hoverText is declared as an attribute anywhere in the file.
• vast_4.4.xsd: same, neither attribute is declared.

The distinction you drew still holds and is worth restating, because the two things have diverged. <AltText>, the element under <IconClickFallbackImage>, is declared in vast_4.2.xsd. It was removed entirely in the 4.4 draft. The altText and hoverText attributes on <Icon> have never appeared in any published schema.

So as it stands, a 4.2 tag using either attribute is spec-conformant and schema-invalid, and there is no path forward in 4.4 either.

Happy to open a PR adding both to Icon_type. Same scope question as the other schema gaps: whether to patch the published 4.2 schema or only the 4.4 draft. Tell me which and I'll send it that way.
