Cross-origin policy breaks IPFS connection in Chrome

Chrome and Brave have upgraded to a strictly cross-origin policy following [RFC 1918](https://wicg.github.io/cors-rfc1918). It may be worth telling the user that they need to set a flag in their browser to use a local IPFS node with the client:
