Getting an error in the build.bat command

Creating project directories

Error: Could not locate the given scaffolder: C:\temp\build\WordPress.phar Packaging project
Error: Could not locate ServiceDefinition.csdef at C:\temp\build\WordPress/ServiceDefinition.csdef.

The temp directory contains the wordpress.phar file, any idea why this is happening?

Set your timezone in your system php.ini and all those errors "should" go away
