Read this before you deploy an interface with this kit. It isn't the README and it isn't a wall — but if you stand up a site with Spectrum Mini, this is the deal.
What Spectrum Mini is. Spectrum Mini is free, public-domain (CC0) software — a template front-end (an "interface") for permissionless, immutable, on-chain basket-token contracts that are deployed and maintained by the protocol, not by this kit. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a tool, nothing more.
It is not advice, and it is not an offer. Nothing in this repository is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token. The kit describes how the software and the underlying contracts work (including the protocol's fee mechanism); it does not promote any token, basket, venue, or return.
You, the operator, are solely responsible. If you deploy an interface with this kit, you run it. You are solely responsible for that deployment and for its compliance with the laws of every jurisdiction you operate in or serve. In particular, it is on you to —
- get your own legal counsel and classify the basket tokens yourself in your jurisdiction;
- handle sanctions screening and any geofencing your jurisdiction requires;
- handle KYC / AML if you ever add a fiat on-ramp (this kit is non-custodial and ships no fiat ramp — keeping it that way is the simpler posture);
- verify every contract address yourself — the contracts are third-party and immutable. The kit
ships the canonical Spectrum addresses as working defaults (
app/src/lib/chain/deployments.json), which you can override; confirm every address against a canonical source before you route value through it.
These are reminders, not a compliance manual: how you meet them is your call and your responsibility. If you choose to deploy without reading this, that is on you.
The creators make the tool, not your venue. Spectrum Mini is free, open-source software. Its creators make the toolkit — they do not operate, host, control, steward, curate, or take part in any interface, basket, marketplace, or transaction you create with it. Using or deploying this kit creates no partnership, agency, joint venture, or other relationship with the creators, and no duty or liability on their part. You may state that a site is "powered by Spectrum Mini"; you may not present it as official, endorsed by, or operated by the creators.
The fee is a property of the contracts, not a pitch. The interface fee is fixed by the on-chain contracts (not a setting in this kit) and is paid to the fee wallet the operator supplies (the kit defaults to none). Where the documentation states the fee — the interface operator's share across launch and marketplace activity, with value accrual to PRISM — that is a factual description of how the system works, so an operator knows the arrangement. It is not an inducement or a promise of earnings.
No support, no guarantees. The creators owe you no support, maintenance, availability, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators are not liable for any loss or claim arising out of your use or deployment of this software.
