Added

• Added a search to the sidebar player list, and a corresponding playersSearch setting.
• Modifying the URL in the address bar will now update the map view appropriately.
• Improved sidebar styling to allow for semi-transparent backgrounds ("Theme" Option for Opacity for backgrond in UI elements. #41).
• Hidden players will keep their name colours in the player list (Change opacity for "hidden" players. #40).
• Added a playersAboveMarkers setting to control whether player markers are shown above other marker types (Player marker is higher than map marker #14).

• Improved nether world detection
• Fixed several padding and alignment issues.
• Improved focus styling on older browsers.
