I have an issue wherein the PR author is claiming the tool is telling him that he's signed the CLA, but I have no way to verify this, because GH says otherwise:

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to give our projects access to their CLA signatures without giving access, including edit ability, across all projects. I'm not sure if the upstream project has made this easier as I haven't had the time to pull in upstream changes, as you are aware, so for now your best path is to just ping me in any PR with an issue and I typically respond immediately when I see it because I know how important a smooth PR review process is to the projects.

If you know of (and trust due to the sensitive nature of this system) anyone interested in potentially helping maintain our CLA system, I would very much appreciate an introduction. We would potentially be able to pay them on a part-time contract basis as well if they are the right person for the job.
