add screen reader accessible theme
This is a more accessible version of the default theme that I use in my daily workflow, as a completely blind screen reader user. It removes all of the icons and replaces them with equivalent text-based abbreviations, changes all separators to be |, and removes some other graphical bits. I have no idea if it still looks good to sighted users, and that's why I never contributed it. But after I deleted my theme by mistake tonight, I figured I should maybe remake and contribute in case anyone else finds it useful. This is mostly for blind folks though, sighted people should probably just use the default.
