What happened?

Automatic installation of Meslo LGM Nerd Font failed (command oh-my-posh font install meslo failed), Win11 latest version, PowerShell latest version. Possible solution: specify "Meslo LGM Nerd Font Mono" in your scripts and in instructions as to update of Windows Terminal settings.json.

Meslo LGM Nerd Font Mono was installed manually in Windows GUI via "drag and drop". Windows Terminal settings.json amended as follows:

On the pwsh comment, that's because you ran debug in PowerShell 5, not 7.

I'm sorry, perhaps I was excessively brief. The issue is that running the command oh-my-posh font install meslo did not work on my machine. It produced output in the CLI but the font was not installed on my machine (sorry this was some days ago, I do not have a log of the output.) I installed the font "Meslo LGM Nerd Font Mono" and specified this in the Windows Terminal settings.json (sorry I made an error in my original report, it was not in $PROFILE the reference to the font, but in the Windows Terminal settings.json) Apologies!

Ah I realise the log is not helpful. I could try uninstalling the font and trying to install through oh-my-posh and then repost the log? @JanDeDobbeleer

I can't reproduce this one though. It installs and I can select it using the Terminal UI afterwards.
