Hi @Abhi090907 , nice to meet you. You are a bit late, but just take a look at https://jderobot.github.io/activities/gsoc/2026#application-instructions-for-gsoc-2026 and to this thread. |

Hi everyone! I'm Abhishek Bijjargi, a first year B.Tech Computer Science student at COEPTech University, Pune, India. I'm applying for GSoC 2026 and I'm really excited about contributing to JdeRobot this summer.
A bit about my background: I work primarily with Python, and have hands-on experience with AI/ML, computer vision using OpenCV, and cloud platforms. On the certification side, I hold Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications in both Multicloud Architecture and Generative AI, cybersecurity certifications from StationX covering Kali Linux, Nmap and ethical hacking, and a Cyber Threat Intelligence certificate from ArcX.
For my most recent project, I built CyberVision: a full-stack platform that combines Django, OpenCV, Celery, Docker, and AI integrations for automated vulnerability scanning and computer vision based anomaly detection. It gave me solid hands-on experience working with OpenCV for real-world visual analysis which I'm excited to bring to JdeRobot's computer vision and robotics exercises. Here's the repo: https://github.com/Abhi090907/CyberVision
Beyond software, I also have hands-on robotics experience — I participated in a line following robot race during my school years, which gave me a foundational understanding of autonomous movement and sensor based control. This experience is actually what drew me to JdeRobot's RoboticsAcademy and the FollowLine exercises in the first place!
