Not booting after flash

Sitting with 2 d1's. Both not working after flashing.

Thought the 1st one might be a DOA. Tested 2nd one before flashing and it was working, flashed with esphome 2021.10.3 and now also not working. Tried couple reflashes and still no luck. Even tried with basic things just to get it to connect to wifi and also failed.

Any suggestions >
