By using ep_previewimages plugin, Changeset gets distorted

After I insert an image using ep_previewimages, there is an abnormal behavior at the URL line.When I hit enter from that line (or sometimes from next line), etherpad instance gets disconnected due to changeset error because of wrong no. lines in the etherpad.
How do I get around this?

This doesn't happen for for me..

Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
Are you running the latest Etherpad?
What browser/OS?

If you can provide EXACT steps to replicate that would help.
