Feature request: Built-in function to iterate paginated results

It would be nice if GitHub.jl could provide this functionality out-of-the-box! Storing the last result and using the dictionary to request the next pages can be a bit cumbersome.

I think this functionality already exists in https://github.com/JuliaWeb/GitHub.jl/blob/master/src/utils/requests.jl

See e.g. gh_get_paged_json.

But it's not public. So we need to decide on the public API, and then publicize it.
