The inability to choose the frequency of backups leads to new footage being slow or not backed up to the home assistant media folder.

I was wondering if its possible to add a button to sync the media from the camera immediately from sd to cold storage ?
Bonus points if you can make multiple , one that works on the individual camera and one that syncs all of them. That way i could have a motion detection event begin syncing the media to a drive inside the house. It would also lower load times

Putting ridiculous numbers in the cold storage hours synced textbox

This will ensure the camera SD is backed up, and load times are low
