After updating HA to 2026.07, Tapo camera entities appear on the map at 0 coordinates

Description

Probably due to the location changes in the last release of HA, all the Tapo camera entities seem to get coordinates with 0.

Reproduction Steps

1. Update HA to 2026.07.0.
2. Open the Map view

Expected behavior

The cameras should either not appear on the map at all, or possibly with the coordinates of the home zone.

If applicable, add error logs.

I can confirm this issue.

After updating to Home Assistant 2026.7.0, all cameras from Tapo: Cameras Control v7.1.19 started appearing on the automatically generated Map dashboard card at coordinates 0,0 ("Null Island").

The cameras themselves continue to work normally (live view, controls, events, etc.). The only issue is that they are now displayed on the map.

This appears to be caused by the combination of Home Assistant 2026.7 and the integration exposing latitude/longitude with a value of 0, which seems to be interpreted differently than in previous Home Assistant versions.

So I can reliably reproduce this behavior.

I have a map card:

type: map
show_all: true
theme_mode: auto

And an entity camera.bedroom_sd with following properties:

longitude: 0
latitude: 0
has_set_location_info: 0

And it does not show up to me on 2026.7.0 🤔

Could you please post the same as above so that I can see if I can replicate this.

Please note also, you can easily choose entities to show on a map card.

Fixed in https://github.com/JurajNyiri/HomeAssistant-Tapo-Control/releases/tag/7.1.20.

Camera coordinates, if filled out, are no longer set back to 0, but instead correctly parsed.

If camera coordinates are not set, they are unset completely so that the camera does not show up on 0,0.
