Allow setting resource requests and limits for the batch jobs

I prefer to set quotas for every namespace. But setting quotas for the namespace prevents the batch jobs from creating pods, you don't set any resource requests and limits for these.

Would you consider supporting this? I am not sure on the best way to achieve this. You could add a dedicated setting to the helm chart which is written into a config map which the operator then reads when creating the batch jobs. What do you think?
