Proposed investigation: fix text layout issues associated with non-alphabetic fonts

SC currently does a poor job of positioning and displaying "non alphabetic" fonts in Phrase entitys. Specifically:

• fonts that don't use space between words (eg: Mandarin) - SC does not currently break long sentences to a given width by glyph, only by word ... needs fixing
• fonts containing complex ligatures (eg: Arabic, Hindi) - we do not have any demos/tests to check that these display as expected. In particular the SC "measure by word" functionality is broken and needs fixing
• right-to-left fonts (eg: Hebrew fonts) - we do not have any demos/tests to check that these display as expected
• vertical fonts - SC has never considered this use case

All these issues are being addressed in the new EnhancedLabel entity which, together with the new Label entity, will replace the Phrase entity in release v8.13.0
