Packaging

We maybe want to have a Spack package.

This might require some dependency cleanup.

brew install would also be nice; super easy to do;

I created a PR in spack/spack-packages

brew install works by now (is in the readme)

for spack we passed all CI tests, waiting for one approving reviewer with write access.

this has now been merged to develop. I suggest keeping the issue open and closing this when we are in main.
