Bugs in underlying library

Credential manager library contains a few bugs. They should be fixed in `v1.3.0-alpha03`. Current version is [v1.2.2](https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/credentials). When `v1.3.0` is set as stable we will finish the package.
