[BUG] Auto Scroll does not resume after user releases touch

🐛 Bug Description

Auto Scroll pauses when the user taps or presses on the screen, which is expected behaviour. However, once the user releases the touch, Auto Scroll does not resume automatically. It should resume after the touch is released.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Auto Scroll
2. Start reading Bani while Auto Scroll is active
3. Tap and hold anywhere on the screen
4. Release the tap

✅ Expected Behavior

• Auto Scroll should pause while the user is touching the screen
• Auto Scroll should automatically resume once the user releases the touch
