## Summary: In #96 I changed the versions tags in the comments to use pinned versions. This was due to a change in Khan/actions that stopped the publish script from updating the major-only tags. Khan/actions#146 has restored this behaviour which means that Khan/gerald can again use major-only versions in comments specifying versions of GitHub actions. Summary:
I've recently published Khan/actions so that the changes that @jaredly made in Khan/actions#128 are available now. This should unblock making updates to this repo. This PR updates all of the SHAs for the actions we're using in our workflows to make sure we're using actions that have all of their actions pinned. All of the actions in a dependency tree of actions is required.
Note
I had to update the versions in the comments to be very specific versions because the updated publish process in Khan/actions doesn't seem to be updating the major-only tags.
