Improve documentation to match contracts

The README.md has some contract names and functions that do not match their actual implementations. The new compliance whitelist wrapper is full on missing.

Describe the solution you'd like
Map their signatures and implementation, fixing the current README's issues.

Notes
The flow of the contracts are found under contract.rs on each of their respective folders
