Add VALUE to IdentifierOrSoftKey definition

'value' is present in definition of simpleIdentifier but not in IdentifierOrSoftKey

Hi mate! Could you elaborate a bit on what exactly do you mean by your request? AFAIK, we have value for both of these grammar entities.

• IdentifierOrSoftKey
• simpleIdentifier

Hey @ice-phoenix, I went ahead and opened a fix for this in #140. Added the VALUE token definition and its reference in the IdentifierOrSoftKey rule in syntax.md to match what's already in the .g4 file. Let me know if anything needs adjusting!
