When using `choiceOrientation` of `horizontal`, the items aren't evenly spaced nor is the `columnCount` extension being considered.

When using radio buttons for a choice answer, having them all just placed the one after the other is often not very useful for a user, as it's not great UX. But it appears that the columnCount extensions isn't being considered, and I only see the option to overwrite styling to enforce the spacing, but that could break when LForms is internally updated. Personally, I think having better spacing by default would already increase UX for existing questionnaires. FYI: In the example below, it's still OK, but if the answer texts are quiet different in length, then the fun begins :)

I was expecting the default behavior to be that the options were spread evenly. Because that didn't work, I tired the columnCount extensions, as FHIR SDC explains it, this defines the columns, and in a horizontal layout, the items are placed row-first, and if all columns are full, it starts a new row. Similar like CSS grid. We were adding the same amount of columns as the number of items, because we wanted the even split. As this isn't working right now, we added some custom styling to apply some layout css making it look like this:
