Support for fastq and zipped fastq files for count module

Right now there is need to first convert fastq files to fasta files to make a kmer profile. It would be nice if kpal support this without first converting.
Extensions that would be nice to support:

• *.fastq
• *.fastq.gz
• *.fq
• *.fq.gz
