Just so there's more info on this. I'm thinking of some machine that "digests" items and produces Sputum. The TR recycler could do this, and we don't currently use it, or a custom machine could do it. REI support isn't super important for it.

The idea is that it can rely on some materials from previous planets, rather than only materials from chapter 6.
