RDAP support

Description

Would be great to provide support for RDAP.

While WHOIS essentially retrieves free text, RDAP delivers data in a standard, machine-readable JSON format

A nice alternative I found is https://github.com/jakejarvis/rdapper

It tries RDAP first, and falls back to WHOIS if no RDAP data is available. I am also using whoiser as a fallback, it has better parsing capabilities for all the quirks of WHOIS data.
