Implement the following mod's features/rules to Lumina, and provide a separate configuration file.

• Plusls Carpet Addition
• Carpet TIS Addition

遵循以下原则

• 对于 Paper/Spigot/Bukkit 已经实现的，或是在它们的配置文件中拥有的功能，不再实现
• 对于 Folia 中实现过于复杂的，视情况决定不实现或延后实现
• 对于有插件替代品的，不再实现

Follow the following principles

• Features that Paper/Spigot/Bukkit have implemented or have in their configuration files are no longer implemented.
• If the implementation in Folia is too complex, we will decide not to implement it or to postpone the implementation depending on the situation.
• For features that have plugin replacements, it is no longer implemented
